Triton's Billy Tindle won three events — the 400 hurdles (1:00.0), 100 hurdles (15.6) and long jump (19-2). Neal Lojek (2-mile, 11:10), Adam Jones (triple jump, 39-2), Adam Oullet (shot put, 41-9; discus, 124-0), Pete Buswell (pole vault, 11-0), Nate Shelter (mile, 4:43), Jared White (400, 54.7), Brian Cosgrove (800, 2:08.0), and Triton 4x100 relay team of Nate Allard, Justin Paquette, Pader Franson, and Luis Cruz (47.0) also placed first for Triton (8-2).

The Amesbury boys lost their dual meet to Hamilton Wenham, 91-54.  Placing first for Amesbury were Matt Kilmartin (shot put), Steven Levarity (discus), Kevin Johnston (100m), Peter Siess (mile), Mike Dragonas (400m hurdles), and James Pelkey (javelin).

The Vikings (7-2) won their fourth consecutive meet, moving into second place in the Cape Ann League Large. Billy Tindle won three events — the 400-hurdles (59.8), 110-hurdles (15.7), and long jump (19-8). Andrew Buckless (2-mile, 10:21), Adam Jones (triple jump, 38-6), Jake Stelline (high jump, 5-8), Adam Oullet (discus, 135-9), Pete Buswell (pole vault, 11-0), Nate Shelter (mile, 4:48), the 4x100 team (47.0) of Nate Allard, Justin Paquette, Peder Franson, and Louis Cruz; and the 4x400 team (3:50) of Shelter, Dan Busta, Jared White, and Buckless placed first.

Pentucket continued to show great improvement with 24 personal bests. Brian Cormier (long jump, 19-0; javelin, 136-4), Alex Baribeau (high hurdles, 17.5), Dan Greene (200, 24.1), Jason Rodriguez (shot put, 26-9.5), Brandon Lozier (high jump, 5-8), Connor Tribble (triple jump, 38-1), John Burton (pole vault, 10-0), the 4x100 relay team of Baribeau, Devrick Felder, C.J. Lataille, and Cormier (47.3), and the 4x400 team of Matt Pearsall, Sean Brennan, Dan Swansen, Tribble (4:04.2) all had first place finishes.

Mark Bajko (400 hurdles, 1:01.7), Nick Welch (javelin, 132-3), Sean Carey (shot put, 41-8), Denis Ipbuken (discus, 117-0), Sean Hickman (2-mile, 10:34), Steve Peszynski (100, 11.6), and Thayer Adsit (mile, 4:55) placed first for the Clippers.

Pentucket's Nick D'Amore (400-hurdles, 1:04.3), Jason Rodriguez (shot put, 37-9 1/4), Brian Cormier (javelin, 140-1) and John Burton (pole vault, 9-0) placed first.

Mark Bajko (400-meter hurdles, 1:01.0), Sean Hickman (2-mile, 10:20), Nick Welch (javelin, 147-10), Tom Svirsky (400, 52.1), Greg Englehart (mile, 5:00), Thayer Adsit (800, 2:04.4), and Newburyport's 4x400 Englehart, Justin Krusemark, Matt Orlandi and John Stansel (3:55) placed first.

Nate Shelter (mile, 4:46), Adam Ouellet (discus, 123-2), Tom Graham (javelin, 139-11) and Jared White (400, 54.3) placed first for Triton (3-2).

The Amesbury Boys split their tri meet today beating North Reading 88  to 56 and losing to Masco 95 to 50. Placing first for Amesbury were Kevin Johnston long jump, 100m dash, and 200m dash, Will Hadley triple jump, Klye Mroz shot put, Steven Levarity discus, Garrett King pole vault, and Jeff Larnard 800m run.

Triton's Nate Allard won two events — 100 (12.1) and shot put (40-5). Billy Tindle (400 hurdles, 1:01.5), James Coady (discus, 125-10), Dan Busta (javelin, 135-8), Nate Shelter (2-mile, 10:28) and Andrew Buckless (mile, 4:53) also placed first.

The Amesbury Indians split their dual meet with Ipswich and North Andover yesterday; beating the Tigers 73-72, and losing to the Scarlet Knights 118-27. Mike Dragonas (low hurdles; 67.1), Steve Levarity (discus; 120' 9"), James Pelkey (javelin; 116' 4"), Matt Kilmartin (shot put; 39' 8.5"), Kevin Johnston (100; 11.2), Bill Medvitz (200; 25.6), and the 4X100 (47.9) relay team of Dylan Bagshaw, Stephan Diez, Medvitz, and Johnston all earned top place finishes.

The Pentucket Sachems (0-3) were unable to catch up with the Wilmington Wildcats yesterday, losing 99-38. Dan Swansen (pole vault), Alex Baribeau (high hurdles), and Dan Greene (200) earned first place finishes.

The Pentucket Sachems (0-2) were overwhelmed by the Masconomet Chieftains yesterday, 104-32. Nick D'Amore (triple jump; 37'3") and Dan Swansen (pole vault; 9'0") earned first place finishes.

The Newburyport boys track team beat Lynnfield yesterday, 94-51. Mark Bajko placed first in the 400 hurdles, pole vault (10' 0"), and the high hurdles (18.1), and Tom Svirsky placed first in the triple jump (34' 1.5") and the 400 (54.1). Sean Carey (shot put; 37' 11"), Thayer Adsit (mile; 5:06) and John Stansel (800; 2:14) also posted first place finishes. 

Despite two victories from Nick Cappezuto, North Reading fell to Newburyport in its season opener, 113-32. Cappezuto, who will be one of the Hornets' key scorers this season, was victorious in the 200 and 400. Scott Conway had North Reading's other individual win in the javelin while Liam Cregan and Jimmy Willis placed in a pair of events each.
