Locals shine for Bunker Hlll

Three local players are enjoying fine seasons for the Bunker Hill Community College baseball team, which won the MCAC with a 12-1 record and is 20-8 overall as the No. 2 seed in this weekend's regional. Haverhill third baseman Rafael Munoz hit .483 and had six home runs with 47 RBIs, which is ranked 10th nationally, Lawrence's Ruben Sosa, playing second base, hit .466 and was ranked second nationally in stolen bases with 39 and Haverhill's Pat MacShain hit .396 with six home runs.
