NASHUA — Tommy Ahlers ran for a career-high 186 yards and three touchdowns, including the game-winning 68-yard score with 7:37 left in the game, as Salem edged defending Division 1 champion Nashua North 35-28 on Friday night.

Bela Keogh scored four goals, giving her a whopping school-record 26 for the year, as Timberlane's girls (10-1) whipped Nashua North 6-2. 

Windham volleyball improved to 9-1 with a 5-game win (15-7 in Game 5) over Nashua North. Zola Leclerc had 14 points and 6 aces.

Amelia Murray won't soon forget Thursday. The freshman tallied her first varsity goal and had a beautiful assist on Riley Devine's score as Salem girls soccer edged Nashua North 2-1.

WINDHAM — Windham led by two scores heading into the fourth quarter, but defending Division 1 state champ Nashua North rallied for two late touchdowns to defeat the Jaguars 14-10 on Friday night.

Salem field hockey blanked Nashua North, 2-0, on goals by  Shaelyn Burke and Kate Chevaire. Lyndsay Troisi (2 saves) notched the shutout.

Cole Frank was 12 of 15 on faceoffs and Hunter Drouin pumped in six goals as Pinkerton pounded North, 19-2.

Jacob Albert was 3 for 4 with two RBIs and Tyler Michaud was 3 for 3 as Pinkerton kept rolling with a 7-5 win over Nashua North.

Freshman Adi Runge had two home runs and drove in five runs and Alexandra Foote had a homer and four RBIs as Pinkerton ripped Nashua North 21-0. Emma Hodgkins threw a two-hitter, striking out eight in five innings.
