With the score deadlocked at 1-1 at the end of the first half, Pinkerton Academy had a lot of work to do to keep its undefeated season alive. Three unanswered second half goals later, the Astros improved to 7-0 to remain perfect this season. Pinkerton was led by Mike Wanelik (two goals) and Kenny Kolbeck (two assists).

The Owls, thanks to a shocking 9-for-9 performance in the semifinals earlier in the day, cruised to their ninth straight Division 1 crown in resounding fashion.
