Royals ride second-half surge

A refocused Georgetown squad came out in the second half and totally dominated Newburyport, dealing the Clippers their first CAL soccer loss, 3-2. With 20 minutes left in the game, Ashley Mueskes sent across a perfect corner kick that Kristin Hogan was able to poke into the net for the winning score. Nicoline Holland excelled on the front line for the Royals and goalie Jamie Block shook off an aggressive Newburyport offense to make 15 saves.
