Astros set new mark

Brandon Clark scored two key victories at 120 as Pinkerton rolled over Winnacunnet (54-9) and Keene (57-12) for their 17th victory of the season.

"That set a record for the most dual meet victories for our team," said Astros coach David Rhoads. "That was one of our goals since the start of the season."

Timberlane senior Zach Bridson pinned his 120-pound opponent in seven seconds, which is one second from the school record, in the Owls' 68-6 rout of Winnacunnet. Not far behind was senior 170-pounder Efrain Rolan, who had an 18-second pin. But the Wrestler of the Meet for the Owls (15-1) was freshman 152-pounder Lucas Appleton, who opened the meet with a second-period pin.
