Junior Masha Lange wasn't in the starting lineup but she pinch hit, played some second base and went 2 for 2 with a triple, double and five RBIs to help lift Timberlane softball 14-2 over Manchester Memorial.

Pinch hitter Colleen Clark doubled in Kelsey Enright in the bottom of the seventh to give Londonderry a 7-6 win over Timberlane. Lindsey Bolduc clubbed her ninth and 10th homers of the season, breaking the old Londonderry mark of eight.

 Madison Bishop pitched a one-hit gem, striking out five, as the Timberlane softball team registered its first shutout in several years, 8-0. Masha Lange was 3 for 3 and slugged her fifth home run of the year for the Owls (5-7).

Kaitlyn Arsenault and starter Nicole Gubellini combined on a one-hitter while Salem ran its season-opening winning streak to nine games.

Arsenault, who earned the win with three innings of hitless ball, and Gubellini, who struck out six of the eight batters she faced,  posted Salem's fifth straight shutout.

Madison Bishop went the distance and went 4 for 4 at the plate with a double, triple and three RBIs as Timberlane prevailed with an impressive 10-7 victory over once-beaten Manchester Central. Masha Lange had a solo home run for the Owls (4-3).

Timberlane junior Masha Lange (3 for 3) smashed two three-run homers, drove in seven runs and scored three times to power surging Timberlane (3-1) to a 17-4 victory over Exeter. Madison Bishop also had three hits and four other players had two hits, including Caroline Salvaneschi, who had a great catch in center field.

The Bishop sisters, Madison and Meaghan, with help from Masha Lange, paced the Timberlane softball team to an impressive 12-4 victory over Bishop Guertin, lifting the Owls to an encouraging 2-1 start.

The Timberlane softball team had one of its best offensive games in years, ripping Nashua North 17-5. The first three batters in the lineup  Masha Lange, Caroline Salvaneschi and Shirley Butterfield combined for eight runs and 11 RBIs.

Sam Hennequin had a home run, two RBIs and got the win with 2 1/3 innings of hitless relief to key Pinkerton over Timberlane 12-6. Hennequin entered the game in the fifth when the Owls rallied to tie the game 6-6. Kasey Marraffa was 3 for 4 with three RBIs and three runs scored.
